YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

Have the ability to work flexible hours in a quiet work environment
Have experience speaking and writing professionally and confidently in English (It is a plus if you are bilingual)
You have strong typing and multitasking skills
Strong and reliable broadband Internet connection. Must have less than 50 ms ping, greater than 10 Mbps download and greater than 3 Mbps upload (tested by https://www.speedtest.net and https://networktest.twilio.com)
You are an owner of a Laptop/Desktop with Chrome installed whilst you have a USB headset with a mic
You value and demonstrate a high level of reliability, responsibility and integrity while working collaboratively with a team
Caring and respectful of everyone. You know how to be an active listener and respond empathetically, even in the most demanding situations.
Resourceful and able to navigate learning new things with ease. Whether it's a new computer app or process at work, you learn quickly and can efficiently find the answers to your questions.
Responsive to change and understanding that there is always room to improve and room for growth within yourself and the business. Whether receiving feedback on the job or helping improve processes, you understand that continual change makes Mount Diamond an incredible place to be.
Have previous customer service experience

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Work 100% remotely, in the convenience of your home as a virtual assistant.
Answer calls and/or place calls for a variety of different businesses and professionals.
You will have the ability to screen new and/or existing clients, take messages, answer email/text and/or chat follow-ups, book appointments, collect payments, transfer calls, and/or confirm scheduled appointments.
We operate 24/7/365. This position offers an hourly rate, paid weekly, with many opportunities for bonuses. PLUS periodic raises are given based on performance and longevity with the company.
